It was akin to a middle or high school event consession stand. Consessions were very limited and subpar for modern stadiums. I wasn't impressed with the stadiums I visited in the Florida League in general so this is par for the course. Parking was plentiful as there wasn't a lot of fans which is a shame given that they have a good team who most of them were on the Rome Braves Championship team last year. I guess the Braves don't want to put a lot of resources into a place they are just staying in a few seasons while they work out an arrangement with North Port and move the team there. The stadium is really dated with no bells and whistles you get from newer venues. Went to two games here to catch the Braves affiliate recently. Everyone kept sending me somewhere else, and eventually I just gave up. This was a disappointment, and I hope they can improve their lost and found process in the future. Despite reporting it, the bag was never turned in by the bus driver. However, I did encounter an unfortunate incident where I lost a bag on one of the shuttle buses. Additionally, the availability of shuttles to the parks made transportation convenient and hassle-free. The water park provided a fun and enjoyable experience without being overly crowded, which was a definite plus. It would have been nicer if things stayed open a bit later, allowing guests more time to enjoy the amenities. One aspect that was slightly disappointing was the early closing time of the restaurants. They were always ready to assist and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The staff at the hotel were great, providing friendly and attentive service during my time there. The indoor area with the gators was a unique and awesome feature, adding an extra touch of excitement to the stay. The hotel was impressively clean, creating a comfortable environment throughout my visit. My stay at Gaylord Palms Hotel was a great experience overall.
